At PetNest, we sell digital products only, including downloadable PDF guides and digital content.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once your payment has been processed and access to the digital content has been provided, we are unable to offer cancellations, returns, or refunds.
By completing your purchase, you expressly agree that delivery of the digital content begins immediately after payment and acknowledge that you lose any right of withdrawal, cancellation, or refund once the digital product has been delivered or made available for download.
Exceptions
We may consider refund requests only in the following circumstances:

• A duplicate payment was made in error.
